ACF Legal Services
Founded in 1997 in Richmond Hill, Ontario, ACF Legal Services have assisted Ontario residents with legal matters before the Provincial Offences Court, Small Claims Court, Landlord and Tenant Board and the Ontario Court of Justice. Today, ACF Legal Services serve most Ontario Courts and Tribunals and operate offices in Toronto and Barrie, Ontario.
In 2007 the Law Society of Upper Canada began licensing Paralegals. ACF Legal Services founders Arlene Chee Foon and Steve Robins became among North America's first Paralegals to be licensed to provide Legal Services.
In January 2010, ACF Legal Services partnered with E Scan Fingerprinting to provide state of the art, in house electronic fingerprinting for most Criminal Pardon applications processed by ACF Legal Services. Fingerprints will be scanned and submitted directly to the RCMP for faster, more efficient service.

 2011 Dragon Boat Participants
Barrie, ON – ACF Legal Services are proud to announce that for the 7th consecutive year paralegals Arlene Chee Foon and Steve Robins will be rowing in the Barrie Dragon Boat festival in support of Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County and the Barrie Public Library, at the Barrie waterfront, September 27, 2011.
Since 2004 ACF Legal Services paralegals have helped raise $84,000 for Catholic Family Services along with the other member of the `Holy Rowers` Dragon Boat Team.
ACF Legal Services would like to thank the generous contributions from the many associated lawyers, colleagues, clients, friends and family members who have been so kind in support of our efforts.
